Senior MEP Cost Control Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Cost Control Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP cost control and quantity surveying, with proven experience in Villa, Residential, and Commercial projects within the UAE. The role requires effective management of project costs, contracts, variations, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 13 years of total professional experience
• At least 5 years of UAE experience in Villa, Residential, and Commercial projects
• Strong exposure to MEP contracting environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
• Handle pre-contract and post-contract cost control activities
• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders and claims
• Monitor project progress and align costs with execution schedules
• Review subcontractor quotations, BOQs, and payment certifications
• Manage contractual matters in coordination with project and contracts teams
• Prepare monthly cost reports, financial statements, and management reports
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in line with company procedures
• Lead and guide junior cost control and QS team members

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiar with UAE construction standards and contract practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
