Job Description

We are looking for a Senior MEP Engineer with hands-on experience in Mivan high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to ensure timely execution, quality, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and supervise all MEP works for high-rise residential projects (Mivan).
• Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and assist in budgeting and cost control.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech Electrical Engineering /B.E in Mechanical (or equivalent).
• 57 years of experience in MEP works, specifically in Mivan high-rise residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
