We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MEP Engineer to join our growing team and lead the design, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, review, and coordination of MEP systems for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and provide technical guidance to resolve issues.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for approval.
• Manage project schedules, cost control, and quality assurance related to MEP works.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and project team members.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of proven experience in MEP design, supervision, and execution.
• Strong knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and practices in [UAE/Middle East or relevant country].
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED, CEng) is an advantage.
• Previous experience in high-rise, commercial, or large-scale projects.
