Senior MEP Engineer

A well-established real estate development company in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Senior MEP Engineer to join its Design & Construction team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across multiple projects
• Review, coordinate, and approve MEP design and shop drawings
• Ensure full compliance with UAE authority requirements and local regulations
• Supervise consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Conduct technical evaluations and implement value engineering solutions
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and budget control
• Coordinate closely with architects, structural engineers, and project managers
• Attend authority inspections and secure required approvals
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 8–12 years of UAE experience in MEP engineering
• Strong experience in authority coordination and approvals
• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes and construction standards

Pay: AED22,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month
