Senior MEP Engineer (Mechanical bg) - Arabic Speakers

Job Summary

Responsible for managing and supervising all Mechanical/Electrical (MEP) site activities for assigned projects, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, and coordination with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Review IFC drawings, technical specifications, and project documents
• Manage site execution, supervision, and coordination with Client, Consultant, and Contractors
• Prepare quantity take-offs, variations, and material requests
• Monitor subcontractors’ performance and project progress
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, safety standards, and authority regulations
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and variation proposals
• Support project planning, reporting, and handover activities

Technical Expertise

• Mechanical: HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems
• Electrical (if applicable): lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and approval procedures

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10–15 years of MEP experience, with minimum 8 years in UAE/Gulf
• Proven experience delivering complex MEP projects end-to-end
• Arabic speakers preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
