Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of QA/QC experience within a main contracting company.
High-rise / Residential towers building project experience within a main contracting environment.
UAE construction experience is required.
Experience in the inspection, testing, and commissioning of mechanical works in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.
STRABAG - Work On Progress: Becoming Climate Neutral by 2040.
Ihr Beitrag bei uns
Implement and monitor project QA/QC procedures and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
Carry out inspections for mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and associated building services.
Review method statements, material submittals, and quality documentation.
Coordinate inspections with consultants and subcontractors and ensure timely closure of NCRs and observations.
Witness testing and commissioning activities and verify compliance with project requirements.
Prepare QA/QC reports and maintain quality records throughout the project lifecycle.
Support internal and external quality audits and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
