Job Opening: Senior QA/QC Engineer – Mechanical

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA/QC Engineer – Mechanical to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure project execution aligns with quality standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines for MEP projects across luxury villas and high-rise developments in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and method statements for Mechanical MEP works.
• Ensure all Mechanical installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.
• Conduct inspections for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and other mechanical systems at various project stages.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, and site teams for inspections, approvals, and quality-related matters.
• Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documents from a QA/QC perspective.
• Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor testing & commissioning activities and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, checklists, and handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE local authorities’ regulations and international standards (ASHRAE, BS, NFPA, etc.).
• Support project teams in achieving quality objectives and timely project completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience in MEP QA/QC roles.
• Proven hands-on experience in villa and high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and related Mechanical systems.
• Familiar with UAE authorities’ requirements (DEWA, Civil Defense, Municipality, etc.).
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• Immediate or short notice availability preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
