SENIOR MERN DEVELOPER

We’re Hiring, Senior MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer with advanced technical expertise and a strong passion for building scalable, high-performance applications. In this role, you will lead development initiatives, guide junior developers, and architect end-to-end solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across front-end and back-end systems.
• Develop modular, reusable, and efficient components and services.
• Optimize data structures, implement database schemas, and enhance MongoDB performance.
• Manage complex API integrations and ensure smooth communication between client and server.
• Diagnose and resolve production-level issues while improving system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to deliver robust and user-centric features.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to improving development standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, best coding practices, and security guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience as a MERN or Full-Stack Developer.
• Advanced expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and modern front-end architecture.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, database optimization, and RESTful API development.
• Deep understanding of performance optimization, scalable component design, and responsive UI development.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading or mentoring development teams is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or server-side rendering frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Firebase, Docker, or other cloud platforms.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
