Job Overview:

We are seeking a MERN Stack Team Lead who is not only a strong technical contributor but also a capable leader to guide and mentor our MERN stack developers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and building full-stack applications and is ready to take responsibility for delivering scalable and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of MERN stack developers in designing, developing, and deploying web applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.
• Review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in coding, performance, and security.
• Guide team members through technical challenges, code reviews, and project planning.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with the latest development trends and tools in the MERN ecosystem.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with a focus on quality and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• 3+ years of full-stack development experience using the MERN stack.
• Proven experience in leading a team or project.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and web security best practices.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git.
• Experience with deployment tools and cloud services like AWS, Firebase, or Heroku is a plus.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of DevOps practices.
