Position Overview:

The Value Engineering is looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer with deep expertise in building high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate is someone who writes clean, efficient, and scalable code — and enjoys solving complex technical challenges while leading development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and product managers.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues in production and staging environments.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to technical discussions.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality through peer reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–6+ years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build pipelines.
• Experience with Git, REST APIs, and version control systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
