Senior MERN Stack Developer

Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team at Ropstam Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of modern web technologies and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Write clean, optimized, and well-documented code aligned with best practices.
• Integrate front-end components with back-end logic to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate designs into responsive, interactive interfaces.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to application performance, security, or functionality.
• Stay current with emerging trends, frameworks, and tools within the JavaScript ecosystem.
• Manage deployments, scaling, and maintenance of applications hosted on AWS.
• Leverage AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS for optimized performance.
• Utilize Git for version control and effective team collaboration.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with the MERN stack.
• Strong front-end development skills with React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for server-side development.
• Solid understanding of database architecture and operations using MongoDB.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux.
• Familiarity with AWS services and DevOps workflows.
• Strong architectural design skills and a keen eye for performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
