Senior MERN Stack Developer (exp 5 years & above only)

Job Description: As a MERN Stack Developer at Telco Communications, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). You will work closely with our product team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Integrate with third-party services and APIs as needed.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and improve functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the best solutions are implemented.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and modern web technologies.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of database design and management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript and server-side rendering.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
