Senior Mern Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience working with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as needed.
• Ensure the responsiveness and performance of web applications across different devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and team meetings.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to the current stack and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, JWT authentication, and third-party API integrations.
• Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and Agile development practices.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment to cloud services (AWS, Heroku, Vercel, etc.).
• Working knowledge of containerization (Docker) is a plus.
• Experience in performance tuning and code optimization.
