We are expanding our engineering team and seeking an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer who can lead complex development tasks, contribute to architectural decisions, and support junior team members.

Role Summary

This position is ideal for a seasoned full-stack developer with deep expertise in the MERN stack. You will be involved in end-to-end application development—from planning and implementation to optimization and deployment—while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack Development

• Build, improve, and maintain applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

Application Architecture

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures

Backend Development

• Develop RESTful APIs, server-side logic, authentication systems, and database integrations

Frontend Development

• Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks

Database Optimization

• Design efficient database structures and enhance MongoDB performance

Code Quality & Testing

• Write clean, reusable code
• Debug complex issues and implement unit tests

Version Control & Deployment

• Use Git-based workflows for code management and releases

Security

• Follow secure coding standards and identify potential vulnerabilities

Documentation

• Maintain technical documentation including APIs, workflows, and deployment guides

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Mentor junior developers through reviews and technical guidance

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional MERN stack development
• Technical Expertise: Strong command of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Frontend Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React ecosystem tools
• Backend Skills: API development, performance tuning, and server-side best practices
• Testing: Experience with automated testing and debugging
• Architecture: Understanding of scalable systems, design patterns, and basic cloud concepts
• Security: Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and web security standards
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
