Tesla is looking for a Senior Bodyshop Technician MET to work on one of the most progressive,
innovative vehicle brands in the world. The Bodyshop Technician is responsible for carrying out highquality repairs to vehicle bodywork, ensuring all work meets our manufacturer standards and customer
expectations. With in a Senior role, you will be responsible for your workload whilst supporting and
mentoring colleagues to ensure operational success.
What You'll Do-
Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be
- performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles

Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery

Technical expertise: Demonstrate an excellent understanding of all Tesla vehicle systems and subsystems, demonstrating proficiency in all systems

Driven: Efficient in completing repairs and driven to exceed expectations on quality and productivity.

have a comprehensive understanding of industry EHS requirements

have a Comprehensive understanding of Body Repair processes

Be able to determine and resolve noise, vibration and harshness concerns
-
Be able to remove and replace bolt on panels and align correctly to vehicle standard specifications

Be able to diagnose, remove and replace components to the Tesla vehicle HVAC system
-
Remove and instal components within Tesla vehicles

Perform replacement of Tesla glazing units in line with Tesla standards

Possess the ability to develop and have the willingness to grow within the role and industry

Perform relevant high and low voltage work within daily tasks

Work closely with peers to maintain standards and consistency with day-to-day operations of the Bodyshop

Perform other related duties as assigned by Location Management
What You'll Bring-
Previous experience as a Bodyshop MET Technician ideally 3 yrs+

Technically experienced: You have extensive professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within automotive, EV preferred but not required.

Strong understanding of vehicle architecture and repair methods.

Ability to read and interpret technical repair methods and diagrams.

Ability to learn in a fast-paced progressive environment

Desire to progress with in the Body repair industry

A clear understanding of health & safety and good housekeeping in the automotive environment

Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully. Fluent in [local language] and English.

Required to hold a valid Driver’s license
