This is a partnership role, not a salaried job. We are seeking a long-term senior media buyer to join us on a percentage sharing basis per client. If you have proven experience driving results with Meta Ads in the US market, we’d like to see your portfolio of latest results.
Responsibilities
- Strategize, launch, and optimize high-converting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns tailored for e-commerce sellers.
- Conduct audience research to build laser-targeted ad sets.
- Develop ad copy and creatives that maximize engagement and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to scale results.
- Implement retargeting strategies to improve ROAS and LTV.
- Generate qualified leads and feed them into funnels for conversion.
- Stay updated with Meta’s advertising policies, algorithm changes, and e-commerce industry trends.
- Collaborate with the team to refine offers and scale client success.
Requirements
- Proven track record running successful Meta Ads campaigns (preferably for e-commerce brands or sellers in the US).
- Strong expertise in Ads Manager, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel strategies, and performance tracking.
- Ability to craft ad copy and creatives or guide a creative team effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate ROI and optimize campaigns.
