Senior Meta, Google Ads and PPC Specialist/ Marketer - ON Site

We are looking to hire full-time Digital Marketing Expert to lead, strategize, execute, and optimize high-ROI advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/other Meta properties, LinkedIn, and other popular digital platforms in line with our omnichannel marketing objectives. This role is perfect for a performance-focused marketer who thrives in a data-driven environment, maximizing conversions and ad spend efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and social media ad campaigns such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.

Manage ad budgets, A/B testing, keyword research, and audience targeting.

Develop and execute paid advertising strategies aligned with our clients’ objectives.

Set up and track campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Provide data-backed insights and performance reports to clients.

Stay updated on PPC trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Minimum 4 years of experience managing PPC campaigns across Google and social media.

Strong understanding of paid media KPIs, conversion tracking, and bid strategies.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.

Experience with retargeting, programmatic advertising, and audience segmentation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills for clear/unambiguous reporting, cross-team collaboration, and client correspondence/exchanges.

Proactivity, work ownership, professionalism, and self-starting initiative.
