Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant with extensive experience in implementing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The role requires expertise in ERP (Finance & Supply Chain) and/or CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing), with the ability to design and deliver scalable solutions across multiple industries. A strong emphasis will be placed on healthcare and telemedicine clients, where HIPAA compliance, EMR integrations, and patient-service workflows are critical.

This is a client-facing, remote consulting role that combines technical architecture, solution design, and functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 Implementation & Customization

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, or CRM modules.
• Configure workflows, entities, business rules, and security roles tailored to client needs.
• Develop Power Apps and Power Automate flows to extend system capabilities.

Integration & Automation

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party platforms (EHR/EMR, telemedicine platforms, inventory systems, e-commerce, and finance tools).
• Leverage Azure Logic Apps, Data Factory, and APIs for cross-system workflows.
• Automate order processing, reporting, and customer/patient communication processes.

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Partner with executives, clinicians, and operations leaders to align Dynamics 365 with strategic goals.
• Gather requirements, conduct workshops, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Deliver training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure user adoption.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure all Dynamics 365 solutions meet HIPAA and enterprise compliance standards where applicable.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and data models.
• Provide support for audits, data lineage tracking, and compliance reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years as a Dynamics 365 Consultant, Functional Lead, or Technical Architect.
• Modules: Strong expertise in at least one of: Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, or Customer Service.
• Power Platform: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Integration: Hands-on experience connecting Dynamics 365 with APIs, middleware, and healthcare or ERP systems.
• Cloud: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps, Data Factory, Service Bus).
• Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of EMR, FHIR/HL7, or healthcare workflows (preferred for healthcare clients).
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills to collaborate with US-based teams and executives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Location: Based in Pakistan or Middle East region.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant/Developer or Azure certifications.
• Data Platforms: Familiarity with Azure Synapse, SQL Server, or Snowflake.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Industry breadth: Exposure to healthcare, supply chain, manufacturing, retail, or professional services.

Contract Details

• Contract Type: 3-month renewable contracts based on performance.
• Compensation: $30,000 – $35,000 USD per contract period (annually renewable).
• Client Base: US-based clients across healthcare, supply chain, retail, and services.
• Remote Work: Fully remote position (reliable internet required).
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
