Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to lead the architecture and development of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM domains.

In this role, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform and Azure services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical architecture, solution design, and development for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement implementations
  • Customize and extend D365 using X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, workflows, and batch processing
  • Architect and implement integrations using REST APIs, OData, Data Management Framework (DMF), Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
  • Participate across the full project lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, and support)
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce development and DevOps best practices
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical designs
  • Develop custom reporting solutions using SSRS, Power BI, and Electronic Reporting
  • Execute and support data migration strategies using DMF and data packages
  • Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and stability
  • Maintain technical documentation and deployment guides
  • Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities (estimations, proposals)


Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Customer Engagement technical development
  • Strong expertise in X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server
  • Experience developing D365 customizations, extensions, workflows, and integrations
  • Proven experience integrating D365 with Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions)
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
  • Experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS), Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and source control
  • Strong understanding of D365 deployment models, release pipelines, and environment management
  • Experience troubleshooting across Development, UAT, and Production environments
  • Knowledge of D365 security framework (roles, privileges, duties)
  • Strong system architecture and performance optimization skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Experience working with Public Sector or MEA region clients is a plus
