Senior Microsoft Dynamics Architect / Team Leader

Duties

• Lead the technical architecture and end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
• Define and enforce architecture, design, and development best practices.
• Guide and mentor development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to ensure technical alignment.
• Drive enterprise integration strategies and solution governance.
• Review technical designs, code quality, and implementation approaches.

Technical Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Technical Lead in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and cloud architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing enterprise integration solutions.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale implementations.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, system design, and enterprise application development.
