Senior Microsoft Power Automate Developer

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Automate Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade automation solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Power Automate, strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, and the ability to work with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact automations.

Focusing on automating workflows across systems

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
• Configure and manage integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics, SharePoint, and third-party systems using standard and custom connectors.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain automated flows, ensuring high availability, performance, and adherence to service level agreements.
• Implement governance, security, and compliance controls, including environment management, role-based access, and data loss prevention policies, in alignment with Microsoft Power Platform best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in automation / workflow development
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate
• Deep understanding of:
• Cloud flows (Automated, Instant, Scheduled)
• Expressions, variables, loops, conditions
• Connectors, triggers, and actions
• Strong experience with Dataverse
• Experience integrating systems using REST APIs / HTTP connector
• Solid knowledge of Power Platform security, environments, and DLP policies
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Understanding of Power Platform ALM and deployment strategies
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have (Good to Have)

• Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
• Exposure to Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
• Experience with Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps / Azure Functions
• Microsoft certifications:
• PL-500 (Power Automate RPA Developer)
• PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)
• Experience in enterprise or large-scale automation programs
