Senior Modification Engineer

Job Purpose:
Review units within the compound during the finishing stage to ensure full compliance with company regulations, prevent violations that may negatively affect building aesthetics or standards, and manage all corrective actions. Oversee and complete all required processes related to materials and finishing works carried out by clients.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

• Review units in handed-over clusters daily to monitor the finishing process.
• Inspect materials requested by clients to ensure they comply with company regulations and/or the approved modification requests.
• Review completed units to confirm they are free of violations in order to release the guarantee checks.
• Review work permits with Modification Engineers and provide recommendations on the final status before approving the permit.
• Inspect units under resale to confirm that no violations exist.
• Communicate any identified violations to the engineers promptly.
• Prepare and maintain all required logs related to violation status and the release of guarantee checks.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture)
• Good proficiency in MS Office
• Professional proficiency in AutoCAD
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong client-representation skills
• Ability to handle call-center requests within the defined SLA
