About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. This hybrid role requires expertise in motion graphics and high-quality video editing using After Effects and Premiere Pro/FCP . You’ll play a crucial role in developing creative concepts, executing compelling visual narratives, and contributing to ideation at a senior level .

From designing eye-catching motion graphics to crafting seamless video edits, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier visual content across multiple platforms, including digital, social, and broadcast.

Responsibilities

Motion Design & Animation:

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects in After Effects and Adobe Suite .
• Develop engaging storytelling visuals for ads, social media, branded content, and campaigns.
• Conceptualize and execute 2D animations, kinetic typography, and transitions .

Video Editing & Post-Production:

• Edit high-quality video content using Premiere Pro/FCP , ensuring smooth pacing, storytelling, and impact.
• Handle colour correction, audio syncing, and video enhancements to maintain a polished look.
• Integrate motion graphics into live-action footage seamlessly.

Creative Ideation & Strategy:

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop original visual concepts for brand campaigns.
• Work closely with creative teams, marketers, and stakeholders to shape the visual direction.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and implement cutting-edge motion and video techniques .

Project Management & Collaboration:

• Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining a high level of creativity and quality.
• Mentor and guide junior motion designers and video editors.
• Work under tight deadlines and deliver exceptional work consistently.

Requirements

• 6-7 years of experience in motion design, animation, and video editing.
• Expertise in After Effects & Premiere Pro (knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus).
• Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills with a creative problem-solving approach.
• Proficiency in colour correction, audio editing, and visual effects .
• A portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video editing skills .
• Ability to lead creative ideation and bring fresh visual concepts to the table.
• Strong understanding of typography, pacing, composition, and branding in motion.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with Basic 3D animation (Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Knowledge of sound design and music editing for videos.
