About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced
Senior Motion & Graphic Designer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
graphic design, motion graphics, and digital content creation
, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs across multiple platforms. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on design execution, working closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver high-quality visual assets.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative development of
visual content
, including static designs, motion graphics, animations, and video editing.

Collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams to produce engaging visuals for
digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and advertising
.

Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept development to final delivery, while meeting deadlines.

Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers

Stay updated with
design trends, tools, and technologies
to continuously enhance creative output.

Present and communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders and clients.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field
.

5+ years of experience
in graphic design and motion graphics, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
and other motion/3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc. is a plus).

Strong portfolio showcasing
branding, digital design, motion graphics, and video editing

Ability to
conceptualize, storyboard, and execute
high-quality visual content.

Excellent understanding of
typography, color theory, layout, and animation principles

Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
