We’re looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer who doesn’t just animate — you craft visually stunning designs and bring them to life through movement. You’ll shape the brand’s visual and motion identity, creating dynamic content that captivates audiences and elevates campaigns. What You’ll Do

Lead with Motion & Design Vision : Own the creative direction for motion graphics and static design across campaigns, social media, ads, product videos, presentations, and branded content — ensuring every piece is strategic, beautiful, and on-brand.

Craft Dynamic Visual Identities :Build and evolve visual and motion design systems, including style frames, animation guides, typography, and visual language.

Design + Animate : Create high-quality designs (layouts, graphics, illustrations) and translate them into compelling animations, transitions, and motion narratives.

Mentor & Collaborate :Guide junior designers and motion artists while working closely with video editors, marketers, copywriters, and product/design teams.

Push Creative Boundaries : Experiment with styles, formats, hybrid techniques, and new technologies to deliver innovative and high-impact motion content.

Stay Ahead of Trends :Monitor design and motion trends, editing styles, and audience behavior to keep our creative output fresh and forward-thinking.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience : 2 years in motion graphics, animation, and visual design (agency, startup, or in-house)
• Portfolio / Showreel Power: A strong showreel and portfolio showcasing:

Motion graphics
Animation (2D/3D preferred)
Strong visual and graphic design work
Storytelling and conceptual thinking

• Technical Mastery : Expert-level proficiency in:

After Effects
Premiere Pro
Illustrator & Photoshop
Figma

• Design + Motion Fluency : Exceptional typography, layout, color theory, composition, and animation principles.
• Creative Leadership: Ability to guide, review, and elevate both motion and design deliverables.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
