Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Senior Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio and experience working with international clients. The ideal candidate should have a sharp eye for visual storytelling and the ability to deliver high-quality motion content that meets global standards across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, videos, social media, and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into engaging motion-led narratives
• Work on projects for international clients, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery
• Create animations, transitions, typography, and visual effects aligned with brand guidelines
• Edit and enhance video content using motion elements and sound where required
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining creative excellence and meeting deadlines
• Stay updated with global motion design trends and best practices
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation, and storytelling skills
• Experience working with international or global clients
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, color, and timing
• Ability to take creative direction, incorporate feedback, and iterate efficiently
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

• Experience working in or with the telecom industry
• Exposure to large-scale or high-volume content production environments
• Experience with AI video generation tools, Figma, Canva etc
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender
• Understanding of social-first or performance-driven motion content
