We’re Hiring: Senior Multimedia Designer
Location: Remote - Egypt Based

Our client, a dynamic advertising agency, is on the lookout for highly creative and experienced Senior Multimedia Designer to lead the creative execution of a key government and destination marketing account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content across digital, social media, campaign, and marketing platforms while ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.

This role requires a strong combination of design expertise, content creation knowledge, video editing capabilities, AI-driven creative workflows, and the ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced agency environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the creative design and visual development of campaigns, social media content, key visuals, and marketing collateral.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Design and adapt content for digital, social media, print, outdoor, presentations, and event branding.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and video content when required.
• Collaborate closely with Client Servicing, Content, Production, and Digital teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review and maintain creative quality across all deliverables before client submission.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Support photography and videography planning, shot selection, and post-production processes.
• Stay up to date with design trends, social media content trends, and emerging creative technologies.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve efficiency, ideation, content generation, image enhancement, video production, and workflow optimization.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, social media, branding, campaign development, and motion graphics.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in advertising, branding, marketing, or creative agencies.
• Proven experience working on government, tourism, hospitality, destination marketing, or large-scale brand campaigns.

Technical Skills:

Design & Creative

• Adobe Photoshop

Motion & Video

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic understanding of video production workflows

AI & Creative Technology (Mandatory)

• Practical experience using AI tools for:
• Concept development
• Creative ideation
• Image generation
• Photo enhancement and retouching
• Video generation and editing
• Content creation and workflow automation
• Ability to integrate AI technologies into daily creative processes while maintaining professional quality standards.

• Experience managing high-volume content accounts and always-on social media campaigns.
