Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and technical design to coding, testing, and deployment. This role requires strong expertise in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET / .NET Core frameworks.

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and support.

• Develop RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and guide junior developers.

• Contribute to technical design decisions and architectural discussions.

• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience

• Strong experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.

• Proficiency in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.

• Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).

• Experience with Entity Framework (EF), LINQ, and dependency injection.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, or TFS).

• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
