Now Hiring: Senior Net Revenue Analyst

Houston, TX (Hybrid – must be local)

We’re hiring a Senior Net Revenue Analyst to support a leading healthcare system. This is a high-impact role focused on financial analysis, revenue cycle performance, and strategic reporting.

Position Overview: This role supports monthly financial close, analyzes revenue trends, and partners with leadership to drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 7+ years of net revenue experience
• Strong revenue accounting background
• Experience with commercial & government payors

Must-Have (Non-Negotiable):

• Kodiak (Crowe) experience REQUIRED – do not apply without this

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and interpret financial data & trends
• Support monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting
• Prepare journal entries and variance analysis
• Work cross-functionally with finance leadership
• Support audits and reporting schedules

Requirements:

• Must live in Houston or surrounding area
• Must be able to work hybrid (onsite as needed, Wednesdays required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
• CPA or advanced degree is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $99,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
