Senior Network Engineer – CISCO Certified (CCIE)

Job Function: Network Engineering and Infrastructure Support

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or Computer Science.

Certifications:

• Valid Cisco CCIE certification is mandatory.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data networks, routing and switching, Wi-Fi, and firewall/security systems.
• Strong technical background in Cisco and other enterprise-level networking components.
• Expertise in proxy servers, DNS/DHCP, WAN accelerators, and OSI/TCP-IP models.
• Proven experience in configuring and supporting network infrastructure, including:
• L2/L3 protocols, QoS, IPSEC, STP, VRRP, and OSPF.
• Proficiency in network monitoring, diagnostics, and analytics tools.
• Experience managing 24x7 enterprise service environments and providing customer-facing technical support.
• Solid understanding of the service delivery lifecycle, including documentation, reporting, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise network infrastructures.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all network systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve escalated network issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless network operations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior network engineers.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
