The role involves assisting clients and internal teams with troubleshooting, installation guidance, and after-sales support while ensuring the smooth operation of systems. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in the HVAC/MEP sector who are eager to build a strong technical foundation.Job Responsibilities:Provide first-line technical support for MEP and HVAC product inquiries from clients and internal teams.Assist in product installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting under senior engineer guidance.Support after-sales service by addressing product performance issues and coordinating with suppliers/manufacturers if needed.Prepare and maintain documentation, including product manuals, troubleshooting guides, and service reports.Stay updated with technical specifications and features of the company s product portfolio.Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical inputs and solutions for client requirements.Job Requirements:Bachelor s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.1 2 years of experience in technical support within MEP or HVAC products (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing solutions, and MEP equipment.Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
