Senior Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care and ensure patient safety across all units.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor junior nursing staff and ensure adherence to nursing protocols.
• Assist doctors during medical procedures, surgeries, and critical care situations.
• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor and administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient management.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and hygiene standards.
• Handle patient queries and communicate effectively with their families.
• Conduct regular training sessions for nursing staff to enhance clinical skills.
• Support hospital administration in policy-making for nursing and patient care services.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of clinical/nursing experience, preferably in multi-specialty hospitals.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent knowledge of nursing practices, hospital protocols, and patient care management.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
