Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care and ensure patient safety across all units.
- Supervise, guide, and mentor junior nursing staff and ensure adherence to nursing protocols.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures, surgeries, and critical care situations.
- Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor and administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient management.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and hygiene standards.
- Handle patient queries and communicate effectively with their families.
- Conduct regular training sessions for nursing staff to enhance clinical skills.
- Support hospital administration in policy-making for nursing and patient care services.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of clinical/nursing experience, preferably in multi-specialty hospitals.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent knowledge of nursing practices, hospital protocols, and patient care management.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
