Job Title: Senior Nurse – Specialty Clinic

Location: Bandra (Preferred)
Experience: 4–8 years (Experience in specialty procedures/advanced clinical setups highly preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Nurse to join a leading specialty clinic. The role requires strong clinical skills, patient coordination abilities, and experience handling advanced treatment procedures.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties

• Assist doctors with specialized procedures, patient preparation, and follow-ups.
• Administer injections, medications, and monitor patient vitals during treatment cycles.
• Manage treatment protocols, patient schedules, and medication timelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, and documentation.
• Ensure all clinical procedures follow quality and safety standards.

Patient Care & Support

• Guide patients throughout their treatment journey with empathy and clarity.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication usage, and post-procedure care.
• Handle patient queries, concerns, and clinical counseling when needed.

Coordination & Administration

• Coordinate between doctors, lab teams, and front office for smooth workflow.
• Assist in managing appointments, procedural schedules, and daily clinic operations.
• Ensure proper infection control and compliance with clinical protocols.

Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing (mandatory).
• Experience in specialized clinical setups (candidates with exposure to procedure-based clinics preferred).
• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sensitive environment.
• Candidates from or willing to work in Bandra preferred.
