Senior Nurse Supervisor – Private Household

We are seeking a highly experienced and strong Private Duty Nurse Supervisor to manage and oversee the medical care of a bedridden patient in a private household setting.

Location: Private House (Doha, Qatar)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage 3 existing nurses in the household
• Provide direct hands-on nursing care to the patient when required
• Ensure high-quality medical care, hygiene, and patient safety
• Organize and monitor daily nursing schedules and routines
• Oversee medication administration and treatment compliance
• Respond confidently to medical emergencies
• Maintain discipline, structure, and professional standards among staff
• Coordinate with doctors and family members regarding patient condition

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years nursing experience
• Strong clinical background (ICU / ER / long-term bedridden patient care preferred)
• Proven experience in leading or supervising nursing staff
• Strong medical knowledge and clinical decision-making ability
• Strong personality with leadership skills
• Able to work in a private family environment
