SENIOR NURSING SISTER

A senior sister nurse is a leadership role that involves managing a clinical area, overseeing patient care, and supervising a nursing team. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care, managing staff performance and development, ensuring compliance with policies and safety protocols, and handling operational duties like patient flow and resource management.

• Provide direct patient care and guide staff in delivering high-quality, individualized care.
• Assess complex patient problems and contribute to their care planning.
• Supervise the patient flow, including admissions and discharges, especially in busy areas like the Emergency Department.
• Assist medical staff with treatments, examinations, and procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
