What are we looking for?

• We’re looking for motivated and self-driven Diet & Nutrition post-graduates with 5-8 years of experience.
• Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English and Kannada is a must.
• Willingness to commute to different partner locations(within Bangalore) to ensure that the operations are smoothly handled.
• Someone who likes connecting with people & motivating them to make healthier life choices
• Candidates willing to work till late evening at the partner location.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of clinical nutritionists to ensure quality and consistency in consultation
• Monitor consultations done by the team, ensuring they align with diabetes care protocols and organizational standards
• Position appropriate Livealtlife programs that meet the needs & preferences of patients
• Act as the primary liaison between the nutrition team and partner doctors
• Conduct in-person visits across clinics to maintain strong relationships with medical partners
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting from the nutrition team
• Be the face of the organisation at our partner locations & coordinate closely with partner stakeholders on regular basis to maintain relationships
• Provide insights and actionable suggestions to improve the consulting processes
• Propose recommendations to the product team in terms of new features/services or ideas to maximise conversions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
