Requirements

• Graduated from faculty of engineering (Preferably Environmental, Industrial, Mechanical Eng.)
• Having an A or B class occupational safety specialist certificate (preferably also having a NEBOSH/IOSH certificate)
• Experienced in the field of OHS, preferably in Civil Aviation
• Have corporate company experience in the field of occupational health and safety
• Experienced in Integrated Management Systems incl ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Preferably familiar with the QDMS program
• Proficient in English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Very good knowledge of office programs
• Employee satisfaction focused approach
• Result-oriented and with strong time management skills
• Prone to teamwork
• Responsibility awareness and work follow-up
• No travel restrictions

In this role you will

• Carrying out compliance studies within the scope of National and International Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Contributing to the protection and improvement of the company's occupational health and safety performance
• Preparing the necessary statistics, annual work plans and reports on OHS
• Developing "Safety Culture Projects" within the scope of OHS and planning trainings to increase employees' awareness of OHS.
• Supporting Risk Analysis and Emergency Management issues.
• Preparation and execution of OHS Board activities.
• Supporting work accidents, near misses, incident reports and non-conformance management
• Able to carry out field inspection activities when necessary.
• Ensuring that corrective actions and nonconformities are effectively closed.
• Supporting subcontractor and visitor management and work permit processes.
• Reviewing and revising and giving trainings of OHS Trainings in English.
• Carrying out OHS documentation activities; preparation and updating of documents in English.
• Participating in Integrated Management Systems studies when necessary.
