Senior OD Specialist

Senior OD & Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt
Experience Level: 4–6 Years (including project leadership and recruitment experience)

We are looking for a Senior OD & Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to own both sides of the people equation — building the systems that develop employees while bringing in the talent that will shape our future.
What You'll Do (The Exciting Parts)

Organizational Development (70%) – You'll Design the Engine
Lead impactful OD projects – From performance cycle redesign to competency modeling, succession planning, and employee engagement surveys. You'll see your ideas come to life.
Fix what's broken – Analyze performance data, spot rating biases, and facilitate calibration sessions that actually make a difference.
Build the backbone – Lead job evaluations using Hay/Mercer methodologies. Create competency dictionaries that managers will actually use.
Shape the future leaders – Build succession plans for critical roles. Lead talent reviews and identify our next generation of high potentials (HiPos).
Lead change that matters – When we restructure or launch new systems, you'll be the expert guiding managers and employees through the journey.
Tell stories with data – Present quarterly OD business reviews that influence leadership decisions.

Talent Acquisition (30%) – You'll Find the Talent
Own full-cycle recruitment – For mid-to-senior, mass hiring, and specialized roles. You'll have a real seat at the table with hiring managers.
Interview with purpose – Screen CVs, conduct competency-based interviews, and coordinate feedback that helps us hire better.
Track what matters – Measure time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate. Then improve it.
Build our brand – Represent us at career fairs and university events. Make people want to work here.
What You Bring to the Table
Must-Haves
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related
Certification
Experience: 3–4 years in OD, with at least 2 years leading OD projects
OD Toolkit: Advanced Excel (dashboards, modeling), PowerPoint, Odoo , Hay/Mercer method, Kotter/ADKAR
Languages: Excellent English & Arabic (written and spoken)
