Senior Odoo Developer

We are looking for a Senior Odoo Developer who can not only develop and customize Odoo modules but also lead a team of developers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers to ensure successful project execution.
  
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Odoo.
  
• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and integrations with third-party systems.
  
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of Odoo applications.
  
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.
  
• Review code for quality, consistency, and best practices.
  
• Stay updated on the latest Odoo features and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo implementations.
  
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and implementation.
  
• Strong understanding of Odoo framework, ORM, and workflows.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a development team.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
