Schedule: Monday to Friday

Shift: Night Shift (07:00PM to 04:00AM)

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer with strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo.sh.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and deploying Odoo modules that align with business needs.

You’ll work on both backend and deployment tasks, ensuring smooth system performance and scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules for business applications.
• Configure, deploy, and manage Odoo.sh environments (staging & production).
• Write and optimize backend logic using Python.
• Manage and tune databases in PostgreSQL for performance and reliability.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party tools using APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer (minimum 2-3 years).
• Proven Exp of Odoo Modules, Extensions & App development.
• Strong command of Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL database management.
• Proficiency in Odoo.sh setup, deployment, and maintenance.
• Experience in custom Odoo module development.
• Knowledge of Git version control and basic Linux operations.
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
