Senior Odoo Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer to design, develop, and implement advanced Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with Odoo
(Enterprise and Community editions), strong technical expertise, and an official Odoo certification demonstrating proficiency in Odoo development and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Module Development & Customization: Design, develop, and maintain Odoo modules using Python, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.
• System Integration: Integrate Odoo with third-party applications via REST APIs, webhooks, or other protocols.
• Version Upgrades: Manage migrations between Odoo versions (e.g., Odoo 15 → 18) ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Technical Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements, convert them into technical solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Enhance database and systemperformance, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit and integration testing, manage deployments using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Documentation & Reviews: Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews for quality assurance.

Required Qualifications

• Odoo Certified Developer (Preferred) – official Odoo certification required.
• Minimum 3-4 years of professional Odoo development experience (Enterprise & Community).
• Strong expertise in Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL.
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo ORM, QWeb reporting, controllers, and server architecture.
• Experience with Odoo.sh and custom module development.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git, and deployment automation.
• Proven experience in API integrations and external system connectivity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle full-cycle Odoo implementations independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
