Senior Odoo Developer | ERP Solutions Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and optimization of our Odoo ERP systems. The ideal candidate has proven experience in customizing, implementing, and maintaining Odoo applications to streamline business operations across various departments.

As a Senior Odoo Developer, you will play a key role in analyzing business needs, developing tailored solutions, and mentoring junior developers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable ERP solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure smooth deployment, upgrades, and system performance.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Odoo development (versions 12–17 preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and QWeb.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo customization, module development, and API integration.
• Solid understanding of ERP workflows (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
• Experience with Git, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
