Senior Odoo Developer - Islamabad

About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, development, and customization of Odoo modules using Python, OWL, and React.js to deliver scalable and robust ERP solutions.
• Convert business and functional requirements into efficient technical designs, ensuring clean, high-quality code aligned with best practices.
• Develop intuitive, responsive, and user-centric interfaces within Odoo using OWL and React.js.
• Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and determine optimal implementation strategies.
• Design and implement integrations between Odoo and internal/external systems using APIs and web services (REST, JSON, XML-RPC).
• Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously optimize system performance and stability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, and support deployment, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
• Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews to uphold coding standards and overall solution quality.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience(5 years) with Odoo customization using Python, XML, and ORM.
• Solid understanding of backend development concepts and API integrations.
• Ability to work independently while consistently meeting project deadlines.
• Prior experience working with Odoo Partner companies is required.
• Odoo certification is a strong advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of core Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, etc., including v18.
• Preference for candidates available to join immediately.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
