Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Odoo.sh deployment, custom module development, and backend programming using Python and PostgreSQL.

You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo-based ERP solutions that enhance business operations and deliver efficiency for our clients. If you enjoy solving complex problems and building scalable systems, this role is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules according to business needs.
• Configure and deploy projects on Odoo.sh (setup, staging, production).
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong command of the Odoo framework (v14 or higher).
• Proven experience in Odoo.sh deployment and management.
• Proficiency in Python programming and PostgreSQL database management.
• Experience with custom module development and API integration.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience as an Odoo Developer.
• Familiarity with Git, Linux, and server configuration is a plus.
