Job Description

Job Title: Video Producer & Editor
Location: Delhi (with extensive travel to the field)
Reports to: Senior Manager – Communications


Position Overview :


The Video Producer will lead end-to-end video creation, from field shoots to final edits, enabling powerful storytelling through films, interviews, short-form content and documentation.
This role is critical for capturing on-ground impact and leadership narratives.
Key Responsibilities :
Video Production and Photography:


1.Plan and execute video shoots at:


  • Program locations
  • Training sessions
  • Events and workshop


2.Editing & Post-Production including basic graphic designing work:


Edit videos for:


  • Social media (short-form and reels)
  • Website and reports
  • Presentations and screenings
  • Add basic motion graphics, subtitles and sound design


3.Content Formats


Produce:


  • Program short videos and documentaries
  • Testimonial videos
  • Explainer videos
  • Short social media clips


Equipment & Workflow:


  • Manage camera, audio and lighting equipment
    Maintain organised raw footage and final outputs
    • Ensure timely delivery of edits

Requirements

Skills & Experience:


  • 3–6 years of video production and editing experience
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects (basic) / Photoshop / CorelDraw
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling
  • Comfortable shooting independently in the field
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
