Senior Officer HR

We are seeking an Senior Executive HR to support the HR functions at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, Payroll Management, HR Operations (Attendance Management). This role is key to maintaining a positive and efficient workforce.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office & MS xcel; experience of HR software is necessary
