Job Summary:
The Senior Officer – IT Support will be responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, ERP/POS systems, and end-user computing environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, proactive system monitoring, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure system availability, security, and business continuity across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and manage IT hardware, operating systems, and enterprise-approved software
- Provide advanced on-site and remote technical support to end users, ensuring minimal system downtime
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and system-level issues
- Maintain detailed IT documentation, system logs, procedures, and performance reports
- Analyze system logs and user trends to identify root causes and implement preventive solutions
- Administer user accounts, access controls, profiles, and security credentials
- Assess, test, and recommend new IT hardware and software prior to deployment
- Support the departmental head in preparing data, reports, and documentation for IT KPIs
- Ensure accurate logging, tracking, and closure of service requests through the helpdesk system
- Lead and support ERP/POS system implementation, monitoring, and day-to-day operations
- Ensure stable ERP/POS performance across outlets, branches, and corporate locations
- Coordinate with software developers and third-party vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements
- Conduct structured user training sessions and provide technical guidance on ERP/POS usage
- Perform routine system health checks, updates, patches, and oversee required customizations
- Provide field-level technical support by visiting outlets and branches as required
- Ensure backup systems, disaster recovery, and server failover procedures are operational
- Oversee IT assets, basic networking infrastructure, and ensure continuity of business-critical systems
- Perform additional technical or operational duties as assigned by management
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in IT support, system administration, or technical support roles
- Strong hands-on knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic to intermediate networking
- Proven experience in troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and system issues
- Practical exposure to ERP and POS systems; experience in multi-location environments preferred
- Experience working with helpdesk systems, ticketing tools, and IT documentation
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, developers, and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to provide on-site field support and work in rotational shifts when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
