About the role:

The Leisure Reservation Sr. Officer is responsible for answering product and service questions, booking flights, tours, and hotels, and suggesting suitable enhancements from our portfolio of products and services to help our clients create and confirm the most suitable and inclusive travel plans for their mutual guests.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage the request process from the original inquiry to payment, service closure, and beyond.
  • If necessary, communicate directly with the country's GSA/Representatives.
  • Identify product or service shortages in your source markets.
  • Resolve agent doubts and questions in order to provide complete customer satisfaction.
  • Provide cultural and destination information.
  • Book, and if necessary, change all aspects of the tour package in accordance with our laws and regulations.
  • Complete any project operation documentation that is required.
  • Notify the Sales Centre Supervisor of any issues or concerns that need to be escalated.
  • Maintain customer data confidentiality in accordance with all applicable rules.
  • Maintain work schedules and fulfil business needs (such as flexible locations and working hours).
  • Meet the conversion and revenue targets while maintaining client happiness.




Profile requirements:

  • Experience in a Customer Service/Sales Centre situation, within the hospitality, tourism industry, or in a related function.
  • Knowledgeable of Saudi Arabia's geography, culture, history, and traditions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities in English.
  • Understanding and knowledge of English-speaking source countries, cultures, nuances, and
  • travel requirements. UK, USA, and Canada, for example.
  • Travel experience outside of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is desired.
  • Positive and professional business attitude and approach.
  • Applicants must be enthusiastic about the Saudi tourism business.
  • Ability and willingness to work shifts and "out of hours" as needed.
