Senior Officer – MIS

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Officer – MIS to support the Residential Leasing Department through data consolidation, dashboard updates, reporting, and market research.

The role will support the Marketing Analyst and Business Intelligence team by transforming data into clear, summarized, and actionable insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Maintain and update dashboard data/content accurately and concisely

✅ Update and manage availability price lists for leasing agents

✅ Collect and download data from Oracle, online portals, web services, and public sources

✅ Clean, organize, and convert data into reports and dashboards

✅ Support market research on rental trends, market positioning, and competitor performance

✅ Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Legal, IT, Residential and Commercial teams for data consolidation

✅ Identify new processes, metrics, and technologies to improve reporting and analysis

Key Performance Measures:

📊 Accuracy and conciseness of dashboard updates

⏱ Timely updating and submission of requested reports

💡 Continuous innovation and improvement of dashboards, reflecting relevant new details

🚀 Proposal and adoption of new technologies and processes beneficial to the department

Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Systems Information

📊 Data analysis certification preferred

💻 Advanced MS Office skills

🧠 Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

🗣 Good communication and presentation skills

🔍 Strong attention to detail

🏢 Minimum 2 years of experience in data consolidation roles
