Senior Officer Quality Assurance

Assist with the preparation of Abu Dhabi Airports for the Integrated Management System (IMS) Certification and its ongoing preservation. Ensure the effectiveness of the IMS by monitoring the implementation of related policies and procedures to achieve Abu Dhabi Airports’ corporate objectives.

Key aspects include:

• Supporting Quality Assurance department activities, including managing the audit program to ensure scheduled activities and corrective actions are executed timely with adequate resources.
Managing administrative activities of the IMS & Quality Assurance department related to ADAC IMS and ISO accreditations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for improvement in the existing management system.
• Assist in building a roadmap for developing a compliant and achievable IMS. Liaise with 3rd party accreditation bodies.
• Document, maintain, and continually improve the current IMS. Generate monitoring reports on products/services at ADAC airports.
• Act as a deputy auditor, performing service-based audits for Operations and assisting in audit planning and coordination.
• Monitor and maintain registers for non-conformities and corrective actions; ensure timely reporting to Compliance and senior management.
• Provide permanent reporting to line managers regarding improvements, breaches, and ad hoc inspections.
• Develop training materials to raise awareness of IMS importance and support internal IMS audit courses.

Requirements and Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality-related environment
